Project Description
Our Parkinson’s session is a friendly, low-impact physical activity class designed to help individuals living with Parkinson’s stay active, improve mobility, and boost overall wellbeing.
Led by qualified coaches in a relaxed and supportive environment, the session includes a mix of light exercises, movement routines, balance work, and coordination drills – all adapted to suit different levels of ability and confidence.
At the end of each session, we have a 15-minute social time where participants can enjoy a cup of tea or coffee and a friendly chat. It’s a great chance to unwind, connect with others, and build a sense of community.
When: Thursdays, 3-4:15pm
Where: Coulman Pavilion, Coulman Road, Thorne, DN8 5JT.
Everyone is welcome, and carers or family members can attend too.
