Our Over 30s Football Sessions are a fun, friendly way to stay active, enjoy the game, and keep fit – all in a relaxed, no-pressure environment.
Open to all abilities, these one-hour sessions combine football with general fitness to help improve movement, stamina, and overall well being. Whether you’re returning to the game or just looking for a great way to exercise, it’s all about enjoying yourself and staying active.
There’s no need to join a team or commit to a league – just turn up, play, and get moving.
When: Thursdays, 8-9pm
Where: Axholme Leisure Centre, Crowle, DN17 4HU
