Project Description
Our Women’s Sessions are a fun and inclusive way to get moving, build fitness, and enjoy football – no matter your experience or ability.
Each session lasts an hour and combines light football-based activities with general fitness exercises. Whether you’re looking to get back into the game, try something new, or simply stay active in a supportive environment, this is the perfect place to start.
No pressure, no teams, just a welcoming space to move, play, and feel good.
When: Tuesdays, 6-7pm
Where: Coulman Fields, Coulman Road, Thorne, DN8 5JT.
All women aged 18 and over are welcome!
